Payments: All orders are prepaid. If file is e-mailed, we will call for credit card information. We accept Visa / Mastercard / Discover. We do not offer C.O.D. for a payment option.
Estimates & Quotes: Estimates or quotes may not be the final prices & are only valid for a limited time. They are based on information that you provide to us. Pro Printing reserves the right to change all prices or items without notice at any point of time. We will always try to keep you informed on the costs so that you know exactly what you are going to be charged.
File Submission & Order Approval: Due to the variety of our products, file submission will differ depending on your job. Since most of our customers are businesses or individuals that have us setup their files, you will need to contact us for the correct file format we will need. You must check your files thoroughly before submitting them to us. Pro Printing is not responsible for any missing fonts, images, or misspelling, or any other damages to the file during transfer to our system. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all contents of their order before approving the order for production. Pro Printing is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or logos. The customer guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to Pro Printing.
Proofing Policy: Pro Printing proofs every job we setup to ensure, to the best of our ability, that our customer's product is completed correctly. Once the job is set up for production the customer will be given a proof to review for any changes or corrections. Customer is then to e-mail or fax back with their approval. The customer will accept full responsibility for the finished job as being correct. However, if you choose not to proof or sign off, you will still be held responsible for payment. Customer is fully responsible for final proof, so please look over carefully.
Turnaround Times: Turnaround time refers to the number of business days that we are processing the order. Turnaround time does not mean/include shipping time, waiting for approval, artwork or file correction time, or any other time period that the customer's job is delayed for reasons beyond our control.
Over & Under Runs: Due to the nature of complex manufacturing in the printing & promotional business over & under runs will occur. Pro Printing reserves to right to provide consumers with 10% over or under the quantity of the actual order.
Products & Color Matching: Products & imprint color will vary. We do not guarantee to match the color exactly as you see it on your monitor or in our printed marketing books. Lots of products will vary.
Custom Order: Custom orders are nonreturnable and cannot be canceled once they have been ordered. There are limitations regarding changes on orders, however, contact us at 1-888-321-3401 & we might be able to assist you with your request before it goes to production.
E-mail Notifications: Customer must use a valid e-mail address which is not filtered. If customer does not receive our notification e-mail due to their e-mail setting, you must contact us at 1-888-321-3401.
Shipping & Delivery: Delivery time and charges are not included in our estimates or prices. Pro Printing is not responsible for 3rd party's delay or damages to the product during shipping. Pro Printing is not responsible for wrong shipping addresses or information that has been provided by customer. It is the customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of shipping information. If an order is sent back to us or a supplier due to incorrect shipping address, Pro Printing or our supplier will ship order again to the right address for additional shipping charges. We do not ship to P. O. Boxes.
Re-ordering: Due to the quantity of orders we receive online, we do not save any orders more than 30 days. Customer will need to submit a new order.
Right to Subcontract: Pro Printing reserves the right to subcontract whole or part of the orders received from its customers via online system or any other ordering methods.
Limited Liability: In no event shall Pro Printing or its officers, employees, licensors, suppliers or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not Pro Printing has been advised of possibility of the damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide services that you order from Pro Printing or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall Pro Printing be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content.
Indemnity: Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Pro Printing, its affiliates, employees, officers, subsidiaries from all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to customer's use of the site. Customer also certifies that he/she owns rights to or has a license to use the image(s) being reproduced as part of customer's order.
Mailing Costs: Pro Printing is not responsible for postal costs incurred to send proofs or other materials requested by customer.
Right to Refuse Service: Pro Printing reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to any individual or company with or without cause at any point of time. Pro Printing reserves the right to charge for any services performed on the job up to point of cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason.
Disclaimer of Warranties: All sales are final as is. Pro Printing does not provide any warranty, expressed or implied, for the product(s) manufactured or sold by Pro Printing or affiliated companies.

Governing Laws: Pro Printing is located in Hull, Iowa. Laws of the State of Iowa shall govern all disputes regarding any transactions with Pro Printing and all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the District Court of the State of Iowa for Sioux County.
Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply. Including but not limited to setup, proof revisions, fixing submitted files, screen charges, shipping, cancellation charges, rush charges, etc.
Prices & Products: All prices, products and descriptions are subject to change without notice. If the price or product(s) have changed we will notify you prior to processing your order. Total price is for your product, exclusive of any setup charges, screen charges, shipping charges, state taxes, rush charges or any other additional charges which will be communicated to you prior to processing your order.
